I jog every early morning in the aim of losing my additional fat. During the summer time, it was too hot to do exercise and I got additional belly fat. Since it is the autumn season in Japan, jogging outside is very comfortable; it is not that hot and cold. It may take more time to see the decrease of my belly fat, but I will continue this habit to start a day actively. There are merely pedestrians in the early morning. My mind is very clear while jogging so I am thinking over many things about my future plans.
