Chorus Contest

Our school held the chorus contest at a large hall outside school.

Each class sang a song and some of the teachers and a guest judged their performances.

Although our class failed to get the first prize, we were proud of doing our best at the stage.

We, teachers, also sang two songs after all the classes finished their performances.

I was satisfied after singing because some of the students clapped their hands when I went back to my seat.

Both the students and teachers practiced for this day very hard.

The big school event was over, so regular peaceful days will come back on next Monday.
